Shipyards Night Market is a weekly market located in North Vancouver's beautiful Shipyards District featuring live music and DJs on The Stage at Shipbuilders Square, a pop-up beer garden, dozens of artisan vendors, food trucks, and a splash park every Friday from May 15 to September 11, 2026.

Every Friday from 3pm to 10pm, running May 15 through September 11, 2026 at The Shipyards District in North Vancouver.

It's completely free! There is no entry fee to enter Shipyards Night Market. Even the beer garden is free to enter.

Eat, drink and be merry! Enjoy live music and DJ performances, browse artisan vendor booths, sample food from a rotating lineup of food trucks, relax in the beer garden, walk along the scenic pier, and take in views of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains — all in a family-friendly atmosphere.

We recommend arriving around 4:30pm to avoid food truck lineups and get into the beer garden before the rush. The beer garden operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Music starts at 3pm with ambient DJ sets. The opening act goes on at 5pm and the main headliner usually starts at 7pm. DJs fill the intervals between live performances. Schedules may vary occasionally.

Dogs are welcome at the Shipyards Night Market! However, please be aware that the audio levels from the stage area are loud and there are thousands of people attending each week. If your dog is sensitive to noise or large crowds, they may be uncomfortable.

We feature a rotating lineup of 11–15 food trucks each Friday, offering everything from tacos and BBQ to vegan options and desserts. Check our Food Truck Schedule page for the complete weekly lineup.

Street parking is available nearby and free for one hour. Pay parking is available at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier, surrounding lots, and the ICBC parkade. We encourage taking public transit when possible.

Absolutely! There is a free bike valet available at the Shipyards Night Market located near Joey's on the east end of the Shipyards District.

The SeaBus from Waterfront Station to Lonsdale Quay is one of the easiest and most scenic ways to reach the market. Bus routes R2 RapidBus, 229, 230, 228, 236, and 249 also serve the Lonsdale Quay Exchange. Park & Ride is available at select SkyTrain stations.
